Your Sorrow Will Turn into Joy John 16:16-24 The sorrow and the suffering of the cross, but the rejoicing at the resurrection. Peter had sorrow because he denied the Lord, but after he wept bitterly and repented, his sorrow was turned into joy. Judas had sorrow, but no repentance; only regret.
