Paul Howard joins Dave, Adrian and Ger in studio to talk about being the parent of one of Ireland's most dysfunctional yet beloved families. 

The first-ever Dadcast on the road is potentially the last one we'll ever be allowed to do. Dave makes a promise to a bunch of strangers that his wife has been asking him for years; Ger + Nathan reveal too much about recent trips to the pharmacy; Adrian tops the pregnancy snoring revelation. Nathan gives us a blow by blow by blow by blow account of his holidays. Dave correctly identifies it as 'boring but informative' and as ever, he's right. But we all know how hard it is to find a holiday that makes sense for kids and adults alike so this is worth your while. Adrian takes it too far when he asks for details about what happens when the kids are away in kids club. 

This was supposed to be a sex free episode, (a bit like a marriage, wha? AY-OOOH), but we did have an email into dadcast@offtheball.com which brought the topic up right at the start. Dave, not having listened to the last two episodes, didn't even miss a beat in answering the question du jour - do you have to schedule sex? 

Will our kids ever leave our homes? No is the answer, so nest well and settle down for a long time spent with your kids. It'll be fine. Sibling rivalry, kids fighting and follow up to having no time for nookie. 

This week the Dads ponder the question of busy schedules, too busy for the good stuff? Also traveling with kids and enjoying the journey, literally and philosophically.
