Our D&D character build this week is the way I *wish* I would have built my Shadow Monk back when I first started playing 5e: much stronger sustained damage with even *more* juicy, shadowy flavor :).  Check out the Humblewood Tales Kickstarter here!  http://d4.humblewoodtales.com  I'd appreciate it if you'd consider supporting the channel by becoming a member! https://www.youtube.com...

For our D&D 5e build this week, we're attempting to do the impossible: build a character who is mostly a Barbarian, but who fills the Support role. And no, I don't mean Tank! For our D&D 5e build this week - Paladins: good at support, tanking, burst/nova, and now... sustained damage too? Seems a little unfair. Our D&D 5e character build this week is a Support Character, but not what most of us typically think of when we think Support: we're not really a healer, but a Squad Leader, directing, strengthening, and bolstering our allies on the Battlefield. Our D&D 5e character build this week is me finally caving in to the demands to build a character who can make the best use of the Conjure Animals spell. Is it really as overpowered as some think?
