In this episode Ray walks through Phase 3 of the Discipleship Pathway. Phase 3, known as the competency phase allows those in your group to re-teach some of the tools in a safe place, gather feedback and coaching, and allows the group to revisit some of the tools that have been taught. In addition, we talk about People of Peace and how your group can begin their journey of finding people of peace.
