In my opinion, too often, social constraints, the fear of being judged, or the fear of not being liked or accepted, can prevent us from developing conversations and connections into more meaningful ones. With this podcast, my goal is to crack the surface with you a bit to create a space where young adults can feel connected past surface-level topics, in ways that might inspire us to have more deeper conversations and connections in the real world.

There is so much we don’t know about the genesis of someone’s work identity. That’s the case even with the people that we see - physically or virtually - on a daily basis.
