After the last vulnerable post, God has continued to pour into me, in different ways. God provides peace in comfort in many different ways, through different channels. Today was a date with him, and his presence was so evident. Thank you Lord for knowing what I need before I know I need it.

God positions us to receive the things he has promised. But there is no way to do that, unless you are already in the position to give of yourself.

God wants to give you everything he's promised, and everything you've asked for. But are you ready to receive it ?

Here we are, back to a subject discussed once before. Even while knowing I want God's will vs my own idea of what life should look like for me, I still struggle with it. I'm thankful for his grace and mercy and continuous efforts in reminding me that my true desire is to please him. Desiring God's will is a struggle, when nothing looks how you think it should. Here we are- the episode where God begins to debunk my very strong thoughts, in leading and initiating anything with men. But it's not at all what I think it means. Take it from me- when God gives you a simple instruction, just let it be that. Don't add more to it.

Me in my mama bear mode reminded me of how God is about us. About everything. Even those things we want. Even those things we think we want. Even those things he’s promised us. Sometimes, we walk around thinking we're ok, and ready for whatever is next. Then God humbles us, when he reveals the truth about what's in our hearts. No matter how much we try and fake it, he knows the truth. Be open to what he says it is.

I've mentioned boundaries a couple of times, but I see It being a topic God wants me to stay on. Let's talk about boundaries, free, will, and this mission God sends me on :)

Last episode in the series of why does God make us wait. Now that we are at the end, the reality is sometimes, there is nothing we can do to get our promises any quicker. It's just not time! Go live your life, until that time comes.

Back to the series of why does God make us wait- sometimes, we are our own hold up. We struggle with letting go of the old, so God can usher us into the new. Don't be afraid to let go of anything God is wanting to remove from you.

This word is just to encourage those men who may be struggling to understand what submission to God looks like. Please trust God. He knows your heart.

This journey of trusting God is already difficult. It's even harder when we set ourselves up, bc we want to do things our way.

In prayer this morning, God led me to pray for a specific man in my life. In that prayer, he dropped some pieces of wisdom that only deepened what I knew to be true. This message is for the men of God. Y'all are loved. Y'all are wanted. Yall are valued. Y'all are loved.
