Why are we so busy day in and day out? If we take a look inside ourselves and examine our motives, more often than not we will find that our busyness is driven by pride. The problem with pride, however, is that it takes on many different forms and if we aren't careful it, can suffocate us.

What exactly was happening in the sky the night the star of Bethlehem appeared? As modern-day Magi, we are able to use technology to travel back in time and see the sky as it was around the time Christ was born. Like the Magi of Christmas story, we too look at the star and come to worship the King who has been born in Bethlehem.

The closing words of Psalm 23 speak of future filled with joy in the presence of God. As followers of Christ, we can look to the future with Hope because we know that He has been faithful and blessed us every step of the way.

There are two ways to look at things. Your glass is either half empty or half full. Our perspective on life is important and it guides how we make decisions. God's desire is for us to live by faith knowing that even when things seem bad, we know that our cup overflows!

God created you for a purpose and wants to empower you to fulfill it. To walk in your anointing is to live out God's will for your life.

When we go through storms in life it can be hard to focus on anything else but what is going wrong. What God wants us to realize, however, is that in the midst of the attack, when the battle rages around us, there is blessing.

Too often people have a view of God that is harsh and judgemental. What is revealed to us in Scripture, however, is that God is the Good Shepherd. As such, he cares for us and gives our life direction.

Life is full of ups and downs. Everyone goes through seasons of good and seasons of bad, but the key is to remember that no matter what, God is always with us.
