Deuteronomy 34 brings not only the book of Deuteronomy, but the entire Torah, to a close. It's also where we say goodbye to Moses as the leader of Israel. Although everyone knew that Joshua would take his place, in Deut. 34 Israel finally faces the reality of Moses’ departure as he goes home to be with the Lord, and Joshua transitions into the role of Israel’s new leader.

Happy Mother's Day! On a day dedicated to honoring mothers, it seems right to take a moment to reflect on Jesus’s mother, Mary. She was declared by angels to be blessed among women. And as we look at this amazing woman of child-like faith and action, we will see a beautiful model of the life that God deemed worthy to mother His own son. We hope you will join us and invite all the moms you know.

In Moses’ last act as leader, he blesses the twelve tribes of Israel. Much like Jacob did before his death, Moses speaks into the lives of the children of Israel in unique and beautiful ways. Join us for this interesting look at how important it is for us to speak into the lives of our children and the next generation.
