It's the last Episode of the CrossRoads Podcast in 2024 and we've had a great year. Thank you for all the episodes you've tuned in for over the last 12 months. Terry is going to take some time today to look back and celebrate things that have taken place, but what I love is that he looks forward with excitement for what 2025 has to bring.
