When Jesus was asked a question, oftentimes He responded with another question. Real helpful, right? He told parables (essentially stories He made up) to help us understand the truth and the question we ask makes a big difference.

What happens when you take the wrong path in life? Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a “Google Maps” for life? The good news is, when we get lost God isn’t just waiting for us, He’s looking for us.

More money, more stuff, more status, it’s been the focus of humans for centuries. Jesus knew this, and when he was asked about it he replied with a story. Jesus told parables like this to help us understand the bigger picture, and that’s what we’re going to look at today.
