Pride = Insanity. Pride is a false reality where we convince ourselves we are responsible for the blessings that come from God. It took a lot for Nebuchadnezzar to repent of his pride and turn to God. Are we any different? Do things have to get worse before we decide to turn back to God?

Daniel is the end-times book in the Bible before Revelation. Importantly, these books tell us what to do and what is going to happen when the world goes crazy. Nations and cities have a choice to do life like Babylon or like Jerusalem. Babylon tries to brainwash you and Jerusalem is a people that live in relationship with God by their convictions. 

Patriotism is a love that God created. In the same way that we love the city we grew up in or the college we attended, we should have a love for our nation and our way of life. When generations lose their love of country, it is the beginning of the end. When you love something, you must fight to save it.

Are you using your "ask" with the Lord? There are people with no faith in life, people with just enough faith, and people who risk everything. Which one are you? If you don't have daring faith, crazy faith, are you really pleasing God? Are you tapping into the power of the age to come?

Do we get in trouble when we ask too little of God? Jesus told Peter he had little faith when he walked on the sea and sank. If walking on water is little faith, what does Jesus think of the risk we are taking? Could there be things God is wanting to give us that we haven’t even thought to ask for?

A preventative look at Biblical reasons why people might die early. Jesus’ intent is for us to live a long full life, to the point He raises people from the dead. God actually intended us to live forever in the garden and never die. 

Deliverance is for normal people. It is routine care for believers. Jesus likened it to giving water to your animals. It should be a part of the normal Christian life. Not just for the crazy ones like the demoniac but for every believer. 

There are windows of time for repentance. It's as if sins build up, reaching a full measure, and our window for repentance comes before our sins drown us. Repentance is our hope, allowing us to opt-out of what we deserve, especially in these end times.

Every temptation that we face works to make us question the character of God. The enemy is trying to discredit God in our eyes, working to skew our view of Him. The devil tries to manipulate the core of who we are to think that God doesn’t have our best interest at heart. But maturity comes when we realize God was always doing what was best for us.

How are you supposed to survive a lion attack? You are supposed to live, and the lion...is not. We are to have authority when the enemy attacks like a lion. Authority is not based on what God will or will not do, it is based on what we do with the authority God has given us. 

A completely different way of looking at the book of Revelation.

The only thing that stands between us and death is the blood. 

The fear of the Lord is the starting point for life. It teaches us right from wrong and sets our foundation. The absence of the fear of the Lord will allow evil to continue unchecked, but the fruit of fearing God is that you are unafraid of man. 

Our perspective is the angle from which you see the world. How well you do in life or during difficult times is determined by your perspective.  Reality can actually be changed if you change how you see. 

Shock numbs you to accept the insanity going on in the world. It is the video that plays over and over in your mind without permission. It tries to cripple you into doing nothing when you have a short window of time to react and stop evil. 

Some people can’t see and others don’t want to see. If you can see it, it is easy to be shocked by what you do see — and that other people are not seeing it. Evil shocks you into being inactive, but the power of God shocks you into taking ground for His kingdom. 

Haman’s history with the Jews started long before Esther, but did “his son’s” future continue long after Hamon met the gallows? The Bible has a way of speaking throughout all of history. 

The woman that everyone loves to hate; the woman no one stands up to. Elijah ran, the church at Thyatira tolerated her, and the church today ignore the problem. What responsibility do we have to handle the spirit of Jezebel? 

Joshua had 31 victories when fighting to claim the Promise Land. Does the Lord tell him, “good job" or does God confront with what is left undone? It is the battles that we refuse to take on, the assignments that are left halfway done, that get us and future generations in trouble.

What does Jesus say about war? Is He anti-war or is the New Testament against war? What does the Bible say? Can we as believers handle what is going on in the world with spiritual warfare?

What on earth is happening that so many people are under a spell? And how can having good intentions and soulish compassion be wrong? So many people are being lead astray that the world no longer seems to know right from wrong or love from hate. And how do you keep from becoming charmed into bewitchment?

Storing up food, having a place for your family to shelter, and being able to defend yourself can help you prepare, but it is not enough. It is like having really great equipment but never being trained to face the reality of war.  We have to learn to face our spiritual battles now and learn how the enemy manipulates our emotions if we hope to overcome as things speed up.
