Creekside Church - Messages

“Now concerning spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not want you to be uninformed.” (1 Corinthians 12:1, ESV)  Spiritual gifts. What is their purpose, and are all of the gifts still available to the church today? There are many different views on this topic so we hope to walk through this with humility, and point to where we stand as Creekside Church.

God is working behind the scenes in the midst of all the chaos and is preparing a great harvest. Jesus see's the outcast, the hurting and the lost and has compassion on them. He tells us to pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers to reap the harvest. How will we respond? Will we pray? Will we go and be an answer to that prayer?

Our world feels very chaotic right now, and it felt like an appropriate time to address the topic of fear and anxiety. We are praying that we can walk with you in this and that you don't feel alone.

With our world in chaos and our country seemingly divided more than ever, we wanted to sit down and have a conversation about racial reconciliation. Our hope is that we can humbly and prayerfully approach this as we listen, learn, and engage with one another.

Today marks week 16, and the grand finale of our Jesus series!  We’ve chronologically walked through Jesus' life pointing to the significance of who he is, why he came, and who he came for! In the third week of our Jesus series we continue to walk through the first chapter of the Gospel of John. As we end our First Fruits series Pastor Gregg teaches through the parable of the talents found in Matthew 25. Our prayer is that God would reveal to us where we are not in alignment with Him. That we would bring Jesus our time, treasure, and talent, so we can experience the kingdom of God in the here and now. 

As we continue our First Fruits series we take a look at Jesus' teaching in the book of Matthew, chapter 6:19-34. Pastor Gregg discusses generosity and what it looks like to put God first in the area of our finances.

In the second message from our series "First Fruits" we discuss what it looks like to honor God with our time. We're all busy but God wants to interrupt our busy rhythms to intentionally give us rest and to realign ourselves with Him.

As we enter into 2020 we're kicking off a brand new series called First Fruits. The principle of "first" in the scriptures is so profound and we believe it changes everything for us as followers of Jesus.
