When you're not where you want to be, when results are frustrating you, when there's slow or no sales or results, when there's dry spells, when there's "no's", when there's a feeling of lack and fear and scarcity, this is the thing you're wanting...

I was on the trail walking (beware of the walking sounds!) and was thinking about attention and focus and the vast upscale in attention deficit disorder diagnoses and autism spectrum diagnoses, and as usual, I am always looking for the beautiful in things, so these are some of my weird non-expert non-medical thoughts on that and the future of humanity. 

“I shouldn’t have to pay for…” an inquiry is about something that happened to me recently which I am honestly and vulnerability sharing in the hopes it sets you as free as it did me. 💞

I woke up from a dream in which a character I was working with asked me (about social gatherings) "at what point do you lose connection?" - and I woke up with that question and its answer all unraveled in a lovely thread that resulted in this podcast. I know it came at the PERFECT time and trust the gift it's bringing us. Enjoy! 

I was just basking in the glow of the incredible gift of being an introvert (as I am) at this time in the world and if you resonate with that term at all, I think you will appreciate this too 😭 🥹

how many of you grew up hearing SOME version of:  "you don't know how good you have it!" - most of you? 😂  yah, it's kind of a trend throughout history. 😉 I had a new aha and connection here that I thought might be helpful, and I cap it all off with a share that honestly makes me squirm and scares the pants off of me, but I also know it's so important, so I'm doing it.

This one comes from a question I received about a business rule or framework about clients and customers and finding your perfect fit people, but what I felt was really at the heart of it was this. Applicable to anyone who has ever experienced rejection, which is ALL OF US. 😂❤️ 

People think this work is about avoiding hard moments or hard things, it is NOT that, not for me anyway, this work is about meeting those moments with your power of choice that's all, even when you don't know how the hell it's going to be okay or different.
