The Seeds We Plant Series #17: Unity 31.08.2023 17:21
In this episode, I share my thoughts about unity, a well-needed conversation. Disunity can occur in any environment. We must search for the truth about unity within our hearts and dismantle thoughts that don't align with united humanity. As I've shared in an earlier message this week. The truth doesn't suffer when we don't follow it. We do. As always, make this lifetime great becau...
Remember Who You Are Series #12: Refuse to Be Less Than Who You Are 26.08.2023 15:40
My mother often told us that someone will give you an identity if you don't know who you are. Labels can be used to illuminate you or destroy you. You must choose how you will perceive the data from your experiences. What we believe about ourselves affects how we move along our journey; we can avoid certain pitfalls and detours, get swallowed in our life storms, or observe our experiences. Eve...
The Seeds We Plant Series #16: Unity and Schools 24.08.2023 19:23
Schools are not exempt from the projection of pain unto others. Beyond the title are humans who must learn self-mastery like all human beings. Children still learn about love, fear, and hate, and although we can't be there to guide our children through their experiences, we can focus on building and strengthening their foundation (character) to help them transcend their experiences. We (as par...
Remember Who You Are: Your Body. Your Divine Message 18.08.2023 19:59
Every single part of you has a divine purpose. Your outer covering is who you need to be to learn the lessons you are here to learn and to reflect the Energy that knows all, sees all, and is everywhere. Your body is the vehicle for your divine message. But, often, we punish ourselves and end up being against our body instead of for it because of our perceptions about who we think we are and others...
Remember Who You Are Series #10: Success Is Not the Best Revenge 04.08.2023 11:12
How often have you heard the expression, "Success is the Best Revenge." If we navigate our earthly journey with the conscious or unconscious fuel, "You hurt me, and I'll show you what I will do." If you choose to be successful because of revenge, daily, you feed your nervous system, the entity that sends messages to every cell in your body, with vengeful thoughts. What mess...
Remember Who You Are Series #9: Freedom is Your Birthright 01.08.2023 13:30
Many of us still hold onto what others did or didn't do and subconsciously refuse to free ourselves. We have given others the right to choose whether we will be free. Remember anyone who doesn't admit the truth is often still in pain. We struggle with fulfilling our divine purpose and with our health and wonder why we can't accomplish what we set forth. We forget that our inner state i...
Remember Who You Are: Hold Onto Your Core Beliefs 14.07.2023 16:46
There is something deep within you that knows the truth. The truth's home is your heart and mind. Life events often test our beliefs, but we must hold firm to what we believe is true. We may be unable to explain our beliefs to others and sometimes ourselves. But just because we can't explain our beliefs in a moment of great despair or storm doesn't mean we are wrong. Faith is looking b...
The Seeds We Plant Series #15: Truthfulness 12.07.2023 18:30
It's tempting to lie, especially when we want to impress others (be more than who we are), prove a point, get resources, or avoid doing something we said we would do. It takes courage to express the truth. More than likely, you've experienced someone not telling you the truth and experienced betrayal, confusion, and resentment. But let your experiences make you better instead of bitter. Se...
The Seeds We Plant #14 : Undoing the Cycle of Pain and Trustworthiness 06.07.2023 19:56
The cycle of pain didn't start overnight. But, we all, at some point, have our introduction to this darkness. In addition, the virtue of trust is often lacking in families, healthcare, organizations, and in all areas of our lives. We have so much to distrust, but within us is the ability to regrow trust. Trust is one of the infallible seeds that lie within our hearts and minds. Therefore, we h...
The Seeds We Plant Series #13: Trust 28.06.2023 18:28
Often, we are told to trust ourselves, or others encourage us to trust them. But our trust must be in a Higher Power to do the work we are here to do. We must have faith in something that knows all, sees all, and is everywhere. This power sees the heart of humans and knows what's best for us to achieve the Oneness of Spirit. Humans sometimes get swept by their emotions and feelings. Therefore,...
The Seeds We Plant Series #12: Tolerance 16.06.2023 19:28
Tolerating our experiences and humanity doesn't have to be hard. When you see another person, you see a reflection of truth and the energy, love, and power that created everything. In this episode, I share my thoughts on the virtue, tolerance, and how it can help you break the cycle of pain and create a generational love cycle. Make this lifetime great because you still can! Self-Destruction or Self-Illumination: It's Your Choice 09.06.2023 17:01
One of the greatest factors guiding the generational cycle of pain is our belief systems. Every day we come in contact with data from all walks of life. And our perception of the experience starts the ripple effect of self-destruction or self-illumination of the light inside us. Whatever we do to ourselves, we often do to others. We must intentionally use the time to pick the weeds (anger, fear, h...
The Seeds We Plant Series #11: Thankfulness with Special Guest Cameron Chambers, My Son 18.05.2023 23:51
In this episode, Cameron Chambers, my son, joins me to share his thoughts on thankfulness. Our children learn so much in the world. Many of which take them further from the truth. We must conversate with our children about principles and virtues that remind them they always have a choice. Gratitude brings contentment and can shine the light in dark places of our lives. Gratitude has been the two-w...
Remember Who You Are Series #7 Forgiveness: 12.05.2023 20:45
Forgiveness is a natural ability that all of us have. And, you are in your natural spiritual state when you no longer think about forgiving someone or have strong emotions and feelings such as anger, jealousy, resentment, and the like tied to them. Anytime we hold a grudge against others, we give this energy of pain more of our power. As you know, the more we think about someone, what they did or...
Remember Who You Are Series #6: The Power of Gratitude 05.05.2023 19:37
Aim to make gratitude a way of being. Thankfulness, like other virtues, can help you heal from the inside out by focusing on the bigger picture. Gratitude, like any action, can become a habit by daily implementation through words, written and spoken. With gratitude, you help keep your rightful programming and increase your quality of life because the more grateful you are for something, the more l...
The Seeds We Plant Series #10: Tact 05.05.2023 15:25
Our words reflect our inner state and tell us what to work on. Our words can either help build or destroy humanity. In addition, we must remember that children look to their parents and others to show them how to respond to life events When we create a generational love cycle through tactfulness, we remind our children that they don't have to say everything that comes to mind, and by role mode...
Remember Who You Are Series #5: The Student Perspective & Healing 28.04.2023 23:14
Every experience is an opportunity to confirm who you are, not to lessen your identity. We must choose a perspective that prevents us from falling into the potholes of life or one that can quickly minimize our stay in the potholes. Then, when we come out of the dark wilderness of misuse and abuse, we can lead a life with strong principles and a foundation that withstands life's storms. By havi...
The Seeds We Plant Series #9: Service 26.04.2023 23:21
In this episode, I encourage you to rethink the meaning of service. How we serve has impacted our overall health in so many ways and will continue to do so until we return back to the basics of how we are to serve throughout this earthly journey. We all embody gifts and talents and have a divine makeup to do the work we are here to do. Each day, we learn and grow to become the highest version of o...
Remember Who You Are: Embrace The Storms 21.04.2023 20:44
Storms are inevitable. As my son said, "Don't spend your time running away from something because it will always come back." We choose our responses to our life experiences and emotions, and feelings. The more we run, sometimes the louder and more damaging the storms can become. But the more we face this organized chaos, our vision often becomes clearer. Of course, don't underest...
The Seeds We Plant Series #8 Self-discipline 20.04.2023 22:58
Last week, my children and I discussed self-discipline, one of the 52 virtues we've reviewed for almost a year. Self-discipline isn't only for specific people but is within our reach to sew seeds at an early age. We don't need to be robots or create little robots but encourage our children to listen to that still small voice that is there to help us along our earthly journey. Self-disc...
Remember Who You Are Series #2: The Power of Your Thoughts 14.04.2023 16:24
We can't undo the past but can choose our perception of life events. You were put here on earth for reasons, and being the object of someone's else pain is not one of them. You are more than an experience; you have everything you need to transcend life events. You have a powerful mind linked with the Infinite Intelligence that created the world and beyond. Remember that anything that doesn...
The Seeds We Plant Series #7: Responsibility 13.04.2023 19:23
Will becoming more responsible lead to more peace and unison among human beings? As a parent, we can promote responsible behavior in the home by modeling it and openly communicating with our children. Simultaneously, we can increase awareness of our children's actions, words, and behavior by using teaching moments to nourish the seeds of virtue within them. And whatever we nurture within someo...

In this series, Remember Who You Are , I will share principles/truths that I believe will help you transcend experiences as it was meant for you to do so. The Seeds We Plant Series #6: Respect 05.04.2023 21:49
What actions and words come to mind when you think about the word respect? Like other virtues, respect is something we innately have. Respect starts with our thoughts about who we are. After realizing who we are, we respect ourselves and others; we know we are more than our material and physical possessions, experiences, emotions and feelings, and labels. When we respect others, we move away from...
The Seeds We Plant Series: Reliability 26.03.2023 18:37
Reliability means more than just being trustworthy, but acting from the core of your truth. We don't need people to show us how to be more reliable. We have emotions and feelings (data) that can help us do what is right at the right time. We know what it feels like to have people change their minds about doing something. The more we role model reliability with our children (being an open vesse...
