Former President Trump's attorney Will Scharf joined Court Watch host Alex Swoyer to react to the Supreme Court's oral arguments last month in Mr. Trump's claim for absolute immunity from criminal prosecution in his D.C. case over alleged election fraud charges related to his contest of the 2020 results.
