A kickoff event, an exclusive cookout and some very optimistic reviews continued WVU's momentum into one of the most important months on the calendar.

WVU football added one of the top 10 recruits of all-time Wednesday. That followed three defensive back additions for the 2022 roster. How are the Mountaineers doing it? What are they looking for? How have the new rules changed the way they do business?

With the roster set -- or just about set -- it's time to figure out how WVU basketball will act next season, WIth Bob Huggins in charge, that starts on defense.

The NCAA agreed to grant two years of roster relief by way of recruiting by doing away with the annual cap of 25 players in a class. Is this going to be permanent? How will teams respond? Is it good of bad for West Virginia?
