Florida Senate Bill254, also called The Treatment for Sex Reassignment Bill, states the State can take your children if they suspect you, the parent, are forcing your child to undergo sex reassignment, through perscription drugs and surgery. It appears to protect children, but CPS can and will use laws like this and other state laws, to remove your children.
