Scripture: Galatians 1:1-9 We're kicking off a new summer series on the book of Galatians today. We explore the true gospel of grace vs. the counterfeit gospel based on our own human effort.

Scripture: Luke 11:1-13 The only thing Jesus' disciples ever explicitly asked him to teach them was how to pray. In this message we look at the Lord's prayer and what it teaches us about 1) the God we're praying to, 2) praying about what's important to God, and 3) praying about our needs.

Scripture: John 20:1-18 Our world is filled with wreckage and brokenness...and yet our risen Savior has won the victory. Love's redeeming work is truly done.

Scripture: Matthew 26-27 "Every step Jesus takes was a step he chose to take... for you." As we draw near the cross, we consider who was really in control as Jesus went to the cross - and why it changed everything.

Scripture: Numbers 13:25-14:4 "Sometimes what you see says more about your heart than what you actually saw." We wrap up our series in the wilderness by looking at how the Israelites missed the thing God had for them - and consider the scary question if we could end up missing out on what God has for us. Whose report will we believe?

Scripture: Numbers 11:4-6, 10-23 Moses prays that all the Lord's people would have the Spirit. If you have said yes to Jesus, it turns out you are the answer to that prayer.

"Our sin problem is a worship problem. Our worship problem is a trust problem." Scripture: Exodus 32:1-6 At Mt Sinai, the Israelites grow impatient and turn to idols to take them the rest of the way. We consider the obstacle our own idols can be to following the Lord with our whole heart.

Scripture: Exodus 17:1-7 We're continuing our series following the Israelites on their wilderness journey. In this message, we talk about holding onto faith even in the midst of our doubts.

Scripture: Exodus 16:1-5, 11-20 "God's provision is stronger than our preparation." God's miraculous provision of manna in the wilderness for the Israelites teaches us that the Lord will always provide for our needs - the question is will we trust him to be our provider?

Scripture: Exodus 15:22-27 "It's not enough to believe God exists - we have to believe God is here, now, in this moment." The wilderness is a place of testing - will we trust that the Lord is with us in the hard times or not?

Scripture: Joel 2:1-2, 12-17; 2 Corinthians 5:20b-6:10; Luke 4:1-13 As we gather to enter into the Lenten season together, we reflect on how fasting helps us wean our hearts off of earthly attachments to draw that much closer to Jesus.

Scripture: Exodus 14:5-18 We kick off a new series following the Israelites through their journey in the wilderness. As much as we want the rescue story of the Exodus, or the triumph story of entering into the Promised Land, the wilderness is an inevitable part of the life of following Jesus. But there are lessons about what it means to live for him that can only be learned in the wilderness.

Scripture: Matthew 6:19-34 Jesus calls us to seek first the Kingdom of God in all our affairs. So much of our hurry comes from seeking other kingdoms. In this sermon, we talk about Jesus' call to simplicity as an antidote to hurry.

Scripture: Luke 4:42-44 Jesus said no to good things because he'd already said yes to something better. In this sermon, we learn to enter the unhurried life by imitating Jesus, saying yes to our calling and no to everything else.

Scripture: Romans 12:2, Deuteronomy 6:4-9 "What gets your attention gets your heart, and what gets your heart gets you." In this sermon, we explore the challenges our digital age poses to our journey of becoming more like Jesus and what we can do about it.

Scripture: Luke 10:38-42 "Our hurry problem is really a fear problem." In this sermon, we consider hear Jesus' call in our hurriedness to surrender all our wants and cares to him and instead pursue the one thing we actually need.

Scripture: Exodus 18:13-18, Matthew 11:28-30 "Hurry is the greatest enemy to spiritual life in our day." In this sermon, we kick off a new series on hurry and busy-ness and consider what the pace of our lives these days is doing to our soul.
