Starting off the new year we take a look at the mission of God and the calling of the Church.

Pastor Nathan finishes this year's Christmas series reviewing some of the Biblical imagery of God/light that we have discussed so far. Lastly we will be talking about how the light gives us hope.

Continuing in our Christmas series on light, this week Pastor Nathan takes a look at how light can be used to describe the characteristics of who God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Spirit are.

Pastor Mike continuing in our Christmas series, looks at the symbolism of "light" and "dawn" as it is used in the Old Testament prophetic passages of Jesus' Birth in Isaiah 8-9.

Entering the Christmas season, Pastor Nathan will be looking at what God's Word says about the commonly used symbol of "light." Specifically, in 1 John 1:5-10, we will be examining what exactly it means to "walk in the light" vs. "walking in the darkness."

Pastor Nathan wraps up the book of Colossians going over how the book as a whole can be applied under four 'headings' of the gospel.

Pastor Alex picks up in Colossians 3 from verses 5-17 and takes a deeper look at what it means to "Put off the old self and put on the new self" as described in the passage.

Pastor Mike talks about what submission looks like in a Biblical context and what exactly is meant by the verses about submission, specifically in regards to the relationships between husbands/wives, parents/children and masters/bond-servants.

Pastor Nathan discusses three major principles that mark the Christian life that are described in Colossians 3.

Colossians 2 continues in speaking on spiritual fulfillment, specifically on how human rules and legalistic philosophies are not the true path to our fulfillment, but rather the gospel of Christ which sets us free from the forces of the flesh.

Pastor Nathan addresses the current (10/15/23) turmoil happening in Israel and looks at the ways Christians are to respond through the lens of scripture.

This week we continue from where we left off in Colossians 2 in talking about fulfillment in Christ. Pastor Nathan gives four more points from the passage that give us a better picture and perspective of what Salvation looks like for a believer.

Continuing in Colossians 2, Pastor Mike emphasizes recognizing Christ as the foundation in our lives and what it may look like to live a life established in the faith.

Pastor Nathan finishing Colossians 1 and going into chapter 2 speaks on the mystery and ministry that Paul describes in this passage.

Pastor Nathan continues through Colossians 1, with verses 21 through 23 specifically emphasizing the importance and application of the Gospel.

Pastor Mike continues through Colossians going through a passage that describes God's sovereignty and authority over all things and what that means for us.

Paul continues to write in Colossians 1:9-14 about the power of prayer and point the new believers in the early church to Jesus Christ's supremacy and sufficiency.

Continuing through Colossians chapter 1, Pastor Nathan looks at examples Paul wrote in verses 3-8 concerning the content of prayer.

We begin a new series through Colossians this week, with an overview through the entire book and how it's connected to the gospel, giving practical application for Christian living.

Romans 12 speaks on how true Biblical worship demands our sacrifice. Pastor Mike speaks on what that looks like in the context of today, and how that ties into a lifestyle of worship to God.
