Jody is considered one of the country’s most talented female players, having played 60 games and represented New Zealand in Women's Basketball in the 2004 Athens Olympics. Today Jody leads the Te Hāpaitanga Sports NZ program for emerging and high potential female coaches.

Harita and Eleanora interview Belinda Brown, CEO of Crohn's and Colitis New Zealand. Belinda's journey with IBD, began at the age of 26 when she was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Despite the challenges this diagnosis presented, Belinda has turned her personal experience into a lifelong commitment to supporting others facing similar battles.

Maxine Scheckter specialised in patisserie at Ferrandi L’ecole du Gastronomie, and worked in Michelin starred restaurants, including Heston Blumenthals restaurant The Fat Duck before opening Sugar Flour in 2018, at age 22. 

Laura and Aisling have fun chatting to Katy who runs My Walk in Wardrobe, a social enterprise that runs sustainable fashion markets in Wellington, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki & Manawatu regions of NZ. 

Aisling talks to Kate Tomsett a clinical educator who works with the Pelvic Pain Foundation of Australia to deliver “PPEP Talks” (Period, Pain, and Endometriosis Program). The Foundation works to provide awareness, education, clinical management and research around issues such as endometriosis.
