For today's lesson, I'm going to share a testimony. I had a conversation with someone seeking to be filled with the power of the Holy Ghost. This encounter blessed my soul. We need the Holy Ghost and it's a necessary component of the salvation experience.

Experiences in life can motivate us to do better. Today's guest has used her experiences to transform and impact the next generation. Meet Deirdre Liddell. A woman with a mindset for change and a drive to create opportunities for young people.

God has sent his word. To guide, encourage, and bless his people. What happens when the word goes forth and we miss the message or intent of the word? Or we put more confidence in the person than the message that God has given them? Tune in for today's message.

God wants us to see the error of our ways. He doesn't want us to perish or to continue in sin. We have the space and opportunity to repent turn away from sin, and turn back to God.

Today I am grateful for God's protection. It's really that simple. I was reminded on this week that God is constantly watching over us. Tune in to this testimony and hear what God has done.

Many people are walking around in darkness. Engulfed in sin and unwilling to allow the light of the gospel to pierce through those dark areas. We have to continue to let our light shine. Jesus should be magnified in our speech and in the way that we live. Only the gospel has the power to save to bring someone out of darkness and into the truth and knowledge of who God is.

In today's lesson we take a look at leadership, but through the lens of love. As leaders what if we followed Jesus example of love? What if we treated everyone with the love of Christ? Tune in for this teaching.

God wants us to have his peace. Jesus gave us his peace in the person of the Holy Ghost. Despite what we may go through, the peace of God should overshadow us at all times.

There are going to moments where we go through storms. Fear will come and attempt to overtake us. Engulfing us with a feeling that it's coming to an end. While you are in the midst of the storm, how will you respond? Will you allow fear to overtake you? Or will you have the faith to speak to your storm and say Peace be still!

The words that we speak have so much power and influence. Especially when it comes to our children. Our words can shape their train of thought. They can build them up or tear them down. We must be mindful of how we speak to our children. They are the next generation, and our words are preparing them for the future.

The suffering of Jesus Christ was necessary to repair the sin of mankind. He took our place! Thank God for Jesus!

As disciples of Jesus Christ, we are the light of the world. The light of the gospel should be shining into every dark area of this world, so that God will be recognized and acknowledged.

God created the church and Jesus died for it. Everything about the church is good, when it's functioning properly according to the word of God.

God is aware of everything that we say and do. Are we ready to give an account to God? If we had to stand before him and be honest about our decisions, what would you say? Tune into this episode as we talk about living a life of accountability.
