Most people get two days off out of seven. If more than a quarter of your week is free for rest and play, why does it never seem to be enough? Perhaps it's because you weren't meant to merely have a day off, but you were created to have a sabbath. In week 4 of "Take Back Your Life" we'll discuss the differences between the two and how you can rest, recharge and refocus each weekend.
