Katie Reich- Family & Connections Pastor Paul says the gospel makes us new in our relationships. How we treat others and respond to them shows the change the gospel has made in us.

Tim Zulker- Guest Speaker Chapter 4 begins the pivot in the book of Ephesians, as we move from the theological foundation of the gospel to how we apply it in our lives. Paul’s first application is how the gospel unites us as believers. 

Josh Reich- Lead Pastor Paul prays that the church in Ephesus will be strengthened, meaning they were weak. Weakness is not something to be avoided but admitted so that we can experience the power of God in our weakness.

Josh Reich-Lead Pastor The gospel creates a new community, family, and church. This shows the world around us what we think God is like and what the kingdom of God is supposed to be.

Josh Reich- Lead Pastor When we become who we are meant to be in Christ, we can break down divisions and barriers inside and outside the church. 

Josh Reich- Lead Pastor We will only discover who we are when we live in the reality of God’s grace toward us.

One of the most incredible things Paul says in Ephesians is that we have all we need in Christ. Guest speaker, Gerry Letourneau, walks through Ephesians 1:15-23.

Our desire for this is good and something all of us are born with, but along the way, our scars and stories send this desire into many broken places. Main Idea: What we know trumps what we feel.

What’s hard is to look past the offense and love the person on the other side. You can choose to forgive the way God forgave your sins.

Gerry Letourneau- Guest Speaker What do we really want in life? Often what we think we want is different than what we actually want, which is peace. God has given us His peace through His presence. Peace isn’t found in the absence of problems. Peace is found in the presence of God.

Josh Reich- Lead Pastor On the last night of his life, Jesus asks his father to do 3 things for his followers — protect us, sanctify us, and unite us. If we remember these prayers, we’ll also remember we are not alone, change is possible, and hope is bigger than division.
