The Spirit leads us to speak about and bring people to Jesus, who then go on to share Him with others. This is how movements of the gospel begin.

Evangelism means helping people to know both the gift of God and the gift-giver, and, so, let’s bring Him wisely into our conversations.

In John 7, Jesus promised rivers of living water flowing from within those who believe. In John 4, we see that promise at work as Jesus meets a Samaritan woman at a well. This was a divine appointment, showing that God leads us to people who seem far from Him — even those we might find it hard to love
