In the spirit of community, Kyle and Paul sit down together and chat around what Christian community is all about.

Anxiety and depression have been on the rise over the last decade. We spend some time understanding why this is the case and then explore God's promises and tools for dealing with it. Presence, Formation and Mission do not happen in isolation but at the same time.  This week we look at the Mission that God has for us as we pray "In Sea Point, as it is in heaven".

Today we look at the counter-formational practices we need to give ourselves to in order to move forward in becoming like Jesus. We will need to replace the world’s stories with the teaching of Jesus. We will need to be intentional with how we spend our time and who we surround ourselves with, and lastly we will need to be in the presence of the Holy Spirit and walk in step with Him.

The process of formation and sanctification is not easy. Today we look at some of the reasons why this is and why we get frustrated along the journey.
