I was honored to speak at the Hands Off Rally in Syracuse on April 5, 2024. Over 2k people came down to hear a variety of speakers stand up to federal over reach and our fellow citizens.

This week I talk about designating petitions. the cutoff was 5pm Thursday to file for office. Nearly 150 petitions and 500 candidates have chosen to participate in this year's election. More to come this summer. Enjoy.

March Village elections are coming soon. February 4-11, 2025 is the independent nominating petition period for those villages. This year Fabius and Jordan are having elections run by their clerk and Skaneateles & Manlius run by the Onondaga County Board of Elections . Check it out.

This week I update you on the canvassing of write ins happening this week to get ready for certification this weekend. We had two races, E. Syracuse Village judge and Spafford Town justice that were write in only campaigns. Now it looks like we will have a hand count this year after all. Check it out.

Today i talk about the October release of enrollment numbers that showed Onondaga County adding 6k active voters to our rolls and nearly 20 vote by mail going out in the last week. But more to go before November. Enjoy.

On September 24th Legislator Chris Ryan announced victory n the Onondaga County redistricting lawsuit. New maps are ordered for the 2025 elections. I was proud to work on this lawsuit and stand with my fellow democrats on it.
