I sit down again with Jennifer Wilson, deputy director of the League of Women Voters of New York State.  We have a great conversation about what we would like to see going forward in New York as well as recap the challenges of the 2020 elections.

Today the OCBOE had to shut down due to a COVID exposure. I talk about how it happens and what our possible steps forward are to finishing the 2020 election.

Today we started counting the NYS Senate district portion of the county. We were met by hundreds of objections to ballots. I explain what happens to a ballot when it is objected to and how it is eventually counted...or not.

I last spoke to SU Professor Thomas Keck just after the death of Justice Ginsburgh about a month ago.  I felt it fitting to bring him back now that we are on the verge of the Amy Barrett nomination to the Supreme Court and get his perspective on what we know about her as a jurist and what Democrats should consider doing if indeed this nomination succeeds.  Enjoy.
