The lawsuits regarding Ghost Rider and The Walking Dead have been in the headlines recently, so we decided to place a call to our legal expert Joe Sergi to help us better understand them. Some interesting news came out last week - DC officially announced 'Before Watchmen', the top ten selling books in January were all DC books, a new Avengers trailer debuted during the Super Bowl and on set pictures were released from the upcoming Judge Dredd movie. Ron Marz returns to the show to discuss his recent work for Top Cow (Artifacts, Magdalena and Witchblade), DC (Voodoo) and his creator owned title at Image Comics (Shinku). Other topics of conversation include comic conventions and (gasp!) some sports talk about the NY Giants and NY Mets (1:23:11)

The Cartoon Network show 'Adventure Time' gets its own ongoing comic book from Boom Studios this month and we have the writer Ryan North on to tell us all about it. We also have a brief conversation with Mr. Phil from the Indie Spinner Rack Podcast with cameos from Danielle Corsetto and Bill Ellis. (1:18:32)
