You don’t have to kill yourself over anything whatever, it is take it to God in prayer when you kill yourself is double tragedy and you live in your family in the deep hot 🥵!!!

You can reduce food waste by shopping what you need by freezing your leftover and be creative with your cooked leftovers . Always focus on positive things!!!

Stop wasting food see if you have more than enough And don’t know what to do take it to the food bank and bless people with it . Let us all be our brothers keeper!!!
