In the United States, people waste 92 billion pounds of food annually, equal to 145 billion meals. They throw away over $473 billion worth of food annually. Shockingly, they waste 38% of all the food in America. Try to recycle your leftover meal. You can equally cook the exact amount of food you want in order to avoid left over. No more waste of food. Stay safe and remain healthy!!

Most time what you are good at is usually your strength, just leverage on that and you will go far with it. It could also turn out to be your passion good thing your passion will also become what brings come for you, every knowledge is imported stay focused and remain positive!!!

There’s no doubt in my mind that you’ll succeed in whatever path you choose next. Stop beating yourself up. You are a work in progress, which means you get there a little at a time, not all at once.stay connected in all you do!!

Have you ever let your guard down when you shouldn’t have?, Maybe you’ve got Lazy. maybe you get distracted maybe you cared too much about someone else’s opinions. Maybe you got tired of standing your ground. When you are alert it means every part of you is very watchful please don’t be careless about your life!!!

Stepping down here is all about knowing when your body needs rest, actually you will not hear your body speak but you will feel it and when this happens learn to seat down and have a rest .it’s is not a sin to seat for awhile to rest by so doing you are gaining more strength to carry on with your work. Above all learn to step down!!!

All that glitters are not gold, please don’t bottle up things that you can easily share with genuine people and get help, this life is too short foundation, mascara and concealer tend to cover up so much this days please don’t die in silent!!!

Parents should check the apps on their children’s phones to see what they are being exposed to. When they are watching movies or cartoons, they should watch with them to be sure that they are safe for them. They should check the websites they visit and ask them to invite their friends over so they can know the kind of friends they keep.stay safe out there!!
