Jaiden came down with a fever and ear pulling today. I need to get him to the pediatrician. www.coloradocoachdiary.com

My text sounded loudly this morning. I prepared breakfast for the kids and prepared them for school. Josh is performing well in all-day kindergarten; Jake is learning rapidly in preschool; and Jaiden is the nanny’s pet child. www.coloradocoachdiary.com

Football is through and the offers are pouring in through the school, email, faxes, and texts. www.coloradocoachdiary.com

Monday morning, I was met with many high fives and fist pumps from faculty, students, and administrators. www.coloradocoachdiary.com

The next day after the championship game was tumultuous. We had a preschool party for Jake; and then a birthday party with Josh. www.coloradocoachdiary.com

After I gave the nanny instructions, I hurriedly went to our football field for the final championship game.  www.coloradocoachdiary.com

The days leading to the state 5A Football Championship are escalating with excitement and fear amongst the student population, fans, players, cheerleaders, and player parents. www.coloradocoachdiary.com

Missy Bradford from the Denver paper called and wanted to know my feelings about the championship game being cancelled and Denver football players possibly being suspended. www.coloradocoachdiary.com

School work has been increasingly tough with grading papers, administering tests, teacher workshops, and parent – teacher conferences. www.coloradocoachdiary.com

We gathered as a family for church on Sunday at St. Francis.  www.coloradocoachdiary.com

My day is stuffed with administration and teachers meeting along with preparation for parent – teachers conferences.  www.coloradocoachdiary.com

We won the game handily at home with a superb first half – Colorado Sports Academy High School’s first playoff win in football. www.coloradocoachdiary.com

Our Colorado Sports Academy High School team breezed through the  last regular season game and are now preparing for a showdown with a  dangerous Denver team. 

The football game last evening was terrific for the fans. Our win secured our top playoff spot. There was rain and mist. www.coloradocoachdiary.com

I am relaxing tonight after the kids are down. Colorado Sports Academy High School has remained undefeated; and has one last opponent before entering the playoffs as the #1 seed. www.coloradocoachdiary.com

The week is flying by with preparation for a supposedly weak Denver football team.  www.coloradocoachdiary.com

The ski date with Dr. Maples went well. She is certainly serious about a continuing relationship.  www.coloradocoachdiary.com

I rushed home after practice today with Josh taking a swipe across his face while just learning Lacrosse at school in a Saturday morning session.  www.coloradocoachdiary.com

Our Colorado Sports Academy High School Football Team crushed the Denver squad last night.  www.coloradocoachdiary.com

Jacob had a cold today; so, with the fever and ear pulling we were in Alison Maples DO Pediatrics office after school but before practice.  www.coloradocoachdiary.com

I firmly believe that I am in control of my life and cannot let other variables dissuade me from my mission. www.coloradocoachdiary.com

Yesterday was an amazing day. As a football guy, I could not be happier. We are not the NFL; but in real life terms, the game meant something to all our players, trainers, parents, and athletic staff. www.coloradocoachdiary.com

My first instincts at the game Friday night during halftime was to be a “Lombardi” and start screaming at our players.  www.coloradocoachdiary.com
