As believers, we learn that the life that we live isn't solely our own to control. God has a plan for your life, and He will constantly place you in the making, breaking, and baking process so that we can continually be molded into the shape of his will. As children of God, we are blessed. It may not always look like it, but we are. So this Christmas, let’s take a moment to reflect on our lives and compare it to the story of Mary’s pregnancy with Jesus.

We serve a God of miracles. The same God who moved in power in the past and has the power to move in the supernatural in the present. No matter the hardship, even today, if we lean into the power of the Holy Spirit, God can accomplish the impossible. As Children of God, we are called to go beyond what is convenient and familiar, and go deep into His presence. Surrendering what is easy and seeking His holiness. While it is not easy, God will help us to be more like Him. In this episode, Pastor Del discusses our higher calling through both 2 Samuel 6 and Deuteronomy 15.

As we learn to rest in the place of our Christ-founded family, our roles expand to one being hosted by the king's presence and one that hosts others who come to the table. Generosity begins in the heart. Generosity is about more than just giving a lot financially, but about the willingness we have to be inconvenienced for the sake of love. But first, we must examine our hearts so that we can be generous the way God wants us to.

The more we remember the good times and hold steadfast to His Word, the more we will be able to see God move in our lives.

What are you doing to be healed from the brokenness that plagues your life? Are you consistently calling out to God or are you continuing to feed into it? It may need some work and the process may look crazy to others, but we need to get our cry back!

Healing has come! The healing from the Spirit does not come without us going through the process and getting to Him. The process can hurt and reveal, even be embarrassing, but in the end, the healing that comes from God is like no other. Do you want to be healed?

God is calling us to communion with Him daily. Many of us in the body today have lost sight of an urgency for the spiritual war that is taking place around us, and amidst the difficulty of life, prayer makes it so we fight our battles less. We tend to see strength in terms of power, whether it'd be physical power, leadership, or courage. But such strength in worldly eyes is not enough. Have you ever felt betrayed and beaten down by life? When we feel like life has been hard to us, there might be a bigger plan that God has for us. Listen in as Pastor Del reminds us that just like with Joseph, God tends to turn enemies and trial into long-term blessings.

When it comes to following Jesus, what is your why? We often follow God on the basis of His gifts, and yet He is asking us, "if I take the goodness of the world from you, would we still be friends?" Join us as Pastor Del reminds us to remember that we live in this world to love and to be loved.

Grace is the pinnacle of the gospel  By grace we are saved, but to work out our salvation requires us to constantly apply grace to our lives. This is what the Galatians forgot when they began to revert back to the Law and many of us do the same thing. Let us get back to the gospel of grace and tune into Pastor Del's teaching on Galatians. 

When we begin to believe in Jesus and live for him, we think that everything else will naturally change. However, sometimes it requires more than just learning how to walk with God. But needing to unlearn parts of our past that keep us from being able to walk in the fullness of God’s love; his covenant with us.

Paul addresses the Galatians with a word on empowering grace, in that He has given us a grace at covers a multitude of sins. The Judaizers might have insisted on a gospel of works, but we know that our salvation is given by grace alone. As we start a new sermon series on the book of Galatians, we look at how Paul addressed the Galatians as their theology began to go astray after initially receiving the gospel. Deconstructing one's faith isn't bad, but it can often be painful because of the lies we have accepted as truth. Let's dive in together with this week's word.

How's your heart doing today? As believers, our hearts are under attack from our thoughts or feelings; we need to check and guard our hearts at all times. We often attempt to perform by living in a constant state of busyness in the hopes that we could earn our place in heaven. Tune in as Pastor Roger reminds us that we need to make space for the waiting.

The pursuit of happiness; the most common driving force in people's lives. Happiness sounds and feels good, but is only a temporary version of the Joy that we are to have as Christians. However, in order to live in Joy, we need to learn not to run away from pain.

The story of Lazarus displays God's power to resurrect dead things, perhaps our disappointments, despite our unbelief. We may hope for a blessing, but He will delay or even deny it so that we may know who to rely on in a hard season.
