22 year old Madison Bourn was struck by a driver while on a a road trip with friends. The entire event was caught on the tow truck dash cam. The man responsible faces only misdemeanor violations. Serial Sexual Predator & Former Hutchinson Police Officer Todd Allen arrested this week. His arrest so far will close approximately 17 open cases in the Hutchinson area. However, investigators are looking into the fact that Allen was a police officer for 20 years. Mary Crupper was abducted while shopping at the local corner store. Her body was found a few days later. This crime also exposed a predator targeting lone women at the same store that day. Could the police resources being funneled to The Poet case be at fault for the lack of awareness and exposure of the abductions and the Mary Crupper homicide?

We are back with part 2 of The Poet of Wichita. This crime cost wellbeing, resources, thousands of dollars, and possibly the focus of many cases. There are still many unsolved cases in Wichita & Sedgwick County.
