Choosing life is a daily choice. God encourages us to choose life. Let’s look at how God’s commandments and His Word can set us on the path to life, if we choose to follow it.

Believe in God and what He promises to those who obey Him. He does not give us more than we can handle. Don’t lose heart.

How do you handle a question that you don’t have the answer for? Do you spend time asking God “Why?” or do you seek the answer through prayer and study? Let’s examine how to deal with unanswered questions in a godly manner.

There are seven basic qualities we should be praying for to help us grow spiritually as we finish observing the Days of Unleavened Bread this year.

What does the Bible have to say about the end times, and what can we learn by also looking at Passover and eclipses?

The Pharisees and Sadducees missed the big picture behind Passover and misinterpreted details God gave. Passover is a time to adhere to technicalities in Scripture.

Modern technology and advances have given us more free time, yet we fill it up. What you do with your leisure time says a lot about your character and what you consider important.

Doctrine must be based on Scripture. What does God’s Word say about rebaptism?

We mourn when we repent and seek forgiveness; we mourn when we experience trials and with others when they experience trials; we mourn by having compassion for the suffering we see in the world.

What is peace? How can a Christian have peace and calm in today’s troubled world?

Our human nature tells us that if we submit to God’s law, way and direction—if we actually obey—we won’t be happy. But the truth is, Spirit-led self-control—the fruit of God’s Spirit that allows us to be disciplined under God’s rule—is the only way to really be happy.

Some believe that the new moons should be observed. What does the Bible say? Are New Covenant Christians required to observe new moons?

Let’s talk about the advanced stages of aging. While it’s true that we are all aging together, this kind of aging is not like that of a child advancing into teenage years. How does God view the human lifespan? And how does God view, say, the last third of an average lifetime? God’s perspective on aging is unequivocally positive.

Why are the frightening events of the end time necessary? Why will God pour out His wrath upon mankind? How can we understand both God’s love and His wrath? What does prophecy tell us about what will happen prior to Christ’s return?

In 2 Peter 3:18 we’re told that it is important to know, and grow in, the Scriptures. Why is this? What benefits does this provide to ourselves and to those around us?

Are you ready for end-time events? Prophecy tells us that perilous times are coming. Here’s what the Bible says is necessary for you to be prepared.

Important lessons are contained in the lyrics of our hymns. One example is “Trust in God and Stand in Awe.” What do we need to do to fulfill the message of this hymn? How can we really trust God and stand in awe of how He is working in our lives to bring us into His Kingdom?

The way we act now will shape who we are tomorrow. If we look back and compare how we were to how we are now, are we where we want to be? What changes do we need to make for further growth moving forward?

Psalm 73 illustrates how we can sometimes struggle when we look at other people and what they seem to have. We must have a strong relationship with God to put all these things into perspective.

Why do you live and practice the Church's beliefs? The depth of our faith will be tried. And although Peter says this is "more precious than gold", as Christians, we need to be sure our spiritual foundations and belief are based on deep convictions.

As Christians, we need to prioritize seeking the Kingdom of God in our lives. We cannot let the cares of this world cause us to miss out on the greater joy of God’s reward.

What is required for us to be rulers in the Kingdom of God? What should we be focused on learning today to prepare for that future? When Christ returns, the dead will be resurrected, the rebellious will be destroyed, and we will be commissioned to teach a new way to live.
