The IDB for the day: "Stayed Focused". Coaches normally tell you to keep your head in the game. As encouragers in this journey, just a gentle nudge to everyone to stay focused. 

The IDB for the day: "Push Back on Social Expectations". Don't be pressured by social expectations. Be your authentic self. 

The IDB for the day: "Filter Through the Noise". When your child comes home differently and not acting the same, perhaps even with a strange attitude. We have to filter through the noise and find the root to help them.

The IDB for the day: "Conduct Your Full Examination" (School Edition). Have you taken the time to conduct a full mental examination on your child before they leave your house to attend school? I recommend a few "check points" for your consideration.

The IDB for the day: "Better People Better Blessings". There has to be a part of all of us that is good. Take a moment to learn how to demonstrate that goodness daily.

The IDB for the Day: "Get Pass the Mouth". Be careful how you allow individuals to push your button just to get an unfavorable reaction from you. Let me show you how to protect your integrity.

The IDB (Inspirational Daily Boost): "Elevation...No Tolerance". There are next levels to obtain where previous attributes of my life are not allowed to join me.
