June 14, 2020. One of the best things about staying with my sister's family in Pittsburgh was the introduction to an array of completely unique and fascinating people. Today I sat down with someone who was unlike anyone I've ever met, Maria Colleen Halley. She is a yoga master, lived at the edge of the Amazon Rain Forest, and is a truly free spirit. 

June 2, 2020. My good friend and roommate of two years Justin Knotts joins me on a hike through the Catoctin Mountains of Western Maryland.
