Dr Dolbin passed away last week. I interviewed him a couple weeks ago, and I was very surprised to hear of his passing. Jack Dolbin is a Coal Region icon and he embodied everything that makes us all Coal Region. May he rest in peace, and there's no doubt his legacy will carry on.
