Coach Talk: Conversations with Coaches and Sports Professionals

Gunnar shares his coaching journey and touches on a variety of topics including: being a coach with little playing experience, difference between being a high school vs collegiate coach, what it's like to be a volunteer coach, advice for other coaches, and what he learned in the FSU COACH Master's program.

Chelsea discusses a variety of diving related topics including:  increasing the marketing and visibility of the sport, NIL, challenges of being a diving coach and athlete, attributes of an ideal diver, the role of judges and judging bias, and advice for coaches in the sport.
