I review my trip to Atlanta and the lessons I took from the experience such as learning to be flexible. I discuss the differences of what defines a helpful class setting and share my opinion on some unexpected class results.

Today I talk about an upcoming adventure with a close loved one and talk through my mindset of the types of dates I enjoy planning.

How do you define self love? One of my definitions for that involves always putting the joy and safety of your future self. Even if that means spending $200+ to make sure you feel comfortable later....I guess.....
