City Rev Church

A lot of times one of the most painful things in life is when we've experienced injustice and the person has who has hurt us seems like they're at ease. But what we have to trust is that God is a God of justice. And a lot of times our pain comes from not understanding that side of God. We have to leave it in his hands and let him be the one who upholds justice.

Oftentimes as Christians that live in a society that want things quick and painless, we're not ready for how God often chooses to operate. The path to overflow. The path to thriving and flourishing is often a journey that includes pruning before we can bear fruit.

We have to remind ourselves of the fundamentals over and over and over because they are the foundation in our life. This passage reminds us of one of the most important things. We have to remember that we forget. We have to remember that we forget and the biggest thing we forget is who God is. We cannot forget to remember the Lord.
