Luke 6:1-11; You don’t need a manual on how to rest. You need to address the obstacles, that are hindering you from resting.

Everybody needs rest. You need a weekly rhythm of rest to relieve you from the suffocating effects of busyness.

*John 3:16* The birth of Jesus was an act of love. Jesus came to save you, not to point a finger at you.

*John 3:16* Death is scary for many. As Christians there is no need to fear death, because we know that God sent his son for us.

*John 3:16* God provides for our needs, regardless of the situations we are facing in life.

Trying to run from God is like running on a treadmill. You can run hard, but it will get you no where.

Parenting is difficult. Nobody has it figured out. Demonstrating a gospel centered life is the best way we can raise our children. Although, it is not only the parent's responsibility to raise children- it is also the church's.

Everyone has their faults and flaws. Marriage will bring those flaws out. The question is, How can we cultivate a lasting marital friendship that will stand beside those flaws?

Sex is not a god to be worshiped, or gross and to be avoided. Sex is a Gift from God to be enjoyed as he intended it.
