On today's very special episode, we have two guests. Baylie from the UBC sports collective and Ebba from Sweden, a para rower who represents the Swedish national team and also UBC. Collective member and Kinesiology masters student Sam also joins us. We talk all things UBC sports, what it's like to be a para rower, and all the mental trials and tribulations we have all faced in sport along the way.

Today's episode features two special guests- Leni Goggins and Katie Miller. They are involved in a project which has the goal of making workplaces in BC more inclusive.

On today's episode, we are interviewing Nathan Clement. He represented Canada at the 2016 Rio Paralympics as a swimmer and has more recently made the switch to become a para cyclist aiming for Paris 2024. We discuss the trials and tribulations of being a para athlete and the mental barriers he faced.

Let's chat mental health. UBC offers a lot of services however the experiences with such are not always pleasant. We bring on two guests who have had first hand experiences with UBC's mental health services, one of which the indigenous mental health services.
