There are ways to build yourselves spiritually. - A man of consecration won't pray too many wasted prayers. - Prayer calls you to a place of total consecration. - Sometimes you run because it's necessary to run, but sometimes you would run because you're training yourself to run. - Your Spirit has a muscle, you can train it, there's a spirit diet. It is called PRAYER.
