God is watching over us from a unique vantage point: He sees the end from the beginning. We can trust Him to provide His people what's needed to live life and do His will. Faith is realizing that our ultimate well-being is in God's hands.

God has given one motive to guide every action - love. When love is our motive people are helped and God is pleased.

Even the ordinary details and routines of life are meaningful when I understand how all of life fits into God's plan.

Choosing the right priority and keeping things in the right order help us to make progress toward crucial goals and get more done day after day.

It's normal to boast about our strengths and downplay our weaknesses. God's pattern is to display His power through our weaknesses to minister to others and accomplish His work in the world. It is crucial to learn to accept our weaknesses and rely on God's power to be strong when we are weak.

God has a track record of using the least in the world to accomplish His purpose. If we are caught up in the culture of the world at large, many times we miss what God is doing and what He wants to do right now. In this message we will look at what's important to God and how to focus on His priorities in the upcoming year.

Jesus is the Prince of Peace, which means prosperity. There is no end to the increase of His government and peace. Under His leadership, life is good and gets better and better.

This King opens up the realm of eternity to us. He unlocks the resources of heaven to help us live for God's purpose in the here and now.

This King has the power to defeat his enemies and destroy ours. If we turn to Him, he provides the power to win the battles and give victory when we are weak.

The King of this kingdom is a counselor who is ready to guide. He is right there with us in every moment and is able to sympathize and help us with anything we need.

The King is "wonderful" - unlike anyone else, miraculous, extraordinary and amazing. He is worthy of our worship and awe. In Christ, God has become man, and there has never been or ever will be anyone like Him as man, He understands what we are going through and has stepped out to meet us where we are. As God, He works everything together for good for those who love Him.

God's Word provided the foundations for making the best decision. God is faithful to guide us as we turn to Him and follow the counsel and direction He gives through His Word. The foundations for solid decisions is found in faith, obedience, and integrity.

Listening to God's Word and doing it leads us to the best relationships. He speaks through His word to show us how to rightly relate to Him and others. God gives the perspective we need through the Word to unravel and deal with conflict and also to establish boundaries that allow for healthy relationships.

There is much reward in keeping God's Word. One of the benefits is that the Bible helps to minimize the trouble we have to deal with and helps us avoid creating more trouble by caving to temptation.

God promises a future of blessing to those who choose to follow Him. We must claim the promised future by knowing God's word and being careful to obey it. Claiming the promises of God requires faith and patient endurance to continue living out what God shows us in His Word (God promised the good land to Israel but they had to move out to claim it through obedience).

Listening to God's Word protects us from deception as it uncovers reality about ourselves and how life works from God's perspective. We gain freedom by doing the Word - freedom to be and do what we should. We are set free from destructive habits, lies, and a false sense of reality.

Resolving difficulties in relationships adds strength and allows friendships and family life to get out of the danger zone and thrive. Experiencing grace in our friendships and family life is a boost beyond things that destroy relationships and help us to thrive.

True encouragement and acceptance make it possible to develop genuine relationships that grow stronger over time. When we talk about our blindside we get beyond survival mode.
