We walked through Hebrews 3 and were reminded that Jesus is greater than Moses. The biggest danger isn't what's around us, but unbelief in our own hearts. Let's keep trusting Jesus and helping each other along the way.

Some things are good, but some things are better—like OU/OSU, Chipotle/Qdoba, and chocolate/vanilla.  Hebrews 1 shows us that Jesus is greater than anything else we could chase. He is the Son, the King, and the Savior who holds it all together.

Pastor Chad reminded us that faith is not just for us. It is meant to be passed to the next generation. We are called to live it, share it, and build up those who come after us.

Elder Walker reminded us from 2 Thessalonians 2 that we don’t have to be shaken or afraid, that Jesus wins, God’s in control, and we can stand firm in His truth and hope.

We are called to live a life worthy of God, who has called us into his kingdom and glory. Pastor Chad encouraged us to work heartily for the Lord, knowing that from him we will receive our reward. Let’s continue serving the Lord in all that we do!

Our sermon from 1 Thessalonians 5 called us to be ready for Christ’s return by living as children of light. Let’s shine brightly by loving our leaders, staying united, encouraging one another, and always seeking God through prayer and gratitude.

Pastor Chad preached from 1 Thessalonians 4:13–18, reminding us that we don’t have to grieve without hope when Christian loved ones die. Jesus will return, and when He does, those who have died in Christ will rise and join Him—and so will those who are still alive. It’s a message meant to comfort, not confuse.

Pastor Chad encouraged us to live lives that reflect God’s design by walking in holiness. He reminded us that God calls us to turn away from anything that pulls us away from Him, especially in how we handle our desires, our relationships, and our daily choices. We were challenged to honor God with our bodies, live with integrity, and quietly go about our work in a way that points others to Jesus.

After a joyful VBS week, our kids led us in worship and stayed in the service as Pastor Chad shared a powerful reminder: discipleship starts at home. From Deuteronomy 6, he encouraged families to talk about Jesus in everyday moments and model a real, lasting faith. Let’s keep helping each other trust in Jesus no matter what.
