In this narrative, we see clearly the difference between a heart that joyfully sacrifices their best and the insecurity of a heart that does not. This difference is played out in the first murder. And yet, even here in the midst of God's justice we see God's grace.

Sermon Text: Genesis 3:14 -24 After Adam and Eve disobeyed and rejected God's offer of grace through repentance, judgment has come. The judgment and curse continually remind humanity of how things are supposed to be, look towards the Messiah, and hope for the day when all things are set back to right.
