This is the first week of our new series, Meeting Jesus. We’ll kick off this series looking at the story of the woman Jesus met at the well in John 4. Through this story, we’ll see how God’s desire is for people to meet Jesus and abide in him, not out of guilt but out of an overflow of faith. And through this story we can be inspired to have spiritual conversations with people in our own lives.

In a moment we will turn to the sixth message in The I AM series. Today we consider Christ’s enormously important and enormously controversial claim to be “the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Today, as we continue with the series, I AM, we arrive at the passage in John 10, where Jesus describes himself as a gate. 

Today, we focus on the resurrection of Jesus from the dead, which is the pivot point of history and, along with his crucifixion is the pivot point of the Bible. In so many ways, much of both the Old and New Testament are pointing to this moment. In the sermon today, which is part of the I AM series, there are two texts: 1 Corinthians 15 and John 11:20.

This is third week of The I AM series. More importantly, it’s Palm Sunday, which kicks off Holy Week. Mike will be reflecting on Christ’s march into Jerusalem and looking ahead to his interaction with Pilate. Last week, we kicked off the I AM series with a look at John 6, where Jesus said, “I am the Bread of Life.” This week we actually take a step back, as Mike provides an introduction to the series out of John 8. This chapter focuses on Jesus' remarkable statement: "“Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am."

We begin a new sermon series on the "I AM" statements of Jesus. These are seven ways that Jesus described himself. Ben looks at John 6 where Jesus says, "I AM the bread of life." This is more than Jesus providing for our physical needs. He provides for the deepest spiritual need of our lives. We look forward to hearing more in just a moment.

In the final chapter, God helped Jonah see Ninevah the way He sees Ninevah—with compassion. Through this story, there’s an invitation for us to consider what things we feel most compassionate toward, and recognize that’s a glimpse of the compassion God feels toward the world. We need to see the world the way God sees the world.

Today, we continue our series on Jonah. This book that is full of surprises and ironies and some very real-world and practical insights about life. In chapter three Mike will note that we finally find Jonah doing the right thing... but not necessarily for the right reason.

Today we press into the second chapter of Jonah – where we tune into the prayers of a man who is literally and figuratively sinking to rock bottom. Mike will be looking at Jonah’s prayer when he appears to accept the fact, that he is not going to be able to run away from God

We continue our walk through the book of Jonah. When the storm arose on Jonah’s ship, they tried to figure out who was to blame. Jonah took the fall (in the ultimate way), but was his accountability sincere? In what ways did Jonah’s decision to give up his life point forward towards Jesus’ death on our behalf? Join us as we explore Jonah 1:11-17 and celebrate communion together.
