The Rt. Rev’d James Joseph “Bud” Shand was appointed as a Visiting Bishop in the Diocese of Virginia by Bishop E Mark Stevenson in January, 2024. He will serve in the Diocese from January through May of 2024. He is based in Northern Virginia.
