In this message we study Mark 1:16-20 primarily and Jesus’ early invitation to His first disciples.  In a message entitled, “The Anatomy of the Invitation” we answer 2 major questions: 1.  Who is Jesus inviting, and 2. What is He inviting them too?

What is the mark of a follower of Jesus?  Nathan answers this question as we study Mark 1:9-13.  Through Jesus’ baptism, temptation in the wilderness, and first proclamation we learn that the mark of a follower of Jesus is 1. A life of repentance, 2. A life filled with the Spirit and 3. A life filled with the Word of God.
