Here is a band Jonas Friddle and the Majority that recorded a most amazing show last summer and I have only myself to blame that it is so late in being posted. Somehow I misplaced the show and I apologize to all. I absolutley love this group and I am certain that you will also. These guys and gals all work at the Old Town School of Music. This should give you an idea of what's in store for you.

This is Ian's second appearance on Chicago Acoustic Underground. This guy continually blows me away. Watching him perform is like watching a five piece band wrapped up in one man. Jeremiah Higgens is a duo coming out of Naperville, Illinois. They came in in April and they were an absolute joy. Ryan Jeffrey rounds out the Duo and between the two of them, we recorded some beautiful tracks that I am certain you will enjoy.

After a three-year hiatus, Nine Miles West, originally a 5-piece rock 'n blue outfit, regrouped in late 2011 as an acoustic duo. Original members Jean Iversen (lead vocals) and Gino Sigismondi (guitars), who have collectively played in over a dozen bands, from Shelivade to Hack to One-Eyed Jacks, may have pared down the arrangements, but manage to deliver each song with more intensity than ever.

James Wilson is free. As Frightened Cellar the singer/songwriter thrashes at the piano, becoming a part of the instrument, drawing you into his cocoon. Joining James for this show is CiCi James, lending her beautiful vocals. This is a 2 for 1 show, as James and CiCi are touring with their friends from Japan, NolenNiu-de-ossi.

Antony the Tramps will be releasing their debut full length album July 17th, 2012.

Sean Skyler came in to the studio one April evening and performed a solo show which blew me away. He is the epitome of the classic Singer/Songwriter. Obviously I really enjoyed this show.
